Amazing service!! From NJ and accidentally put diesel in my gas tank. They got my car in quickly and bent over backwards to get it done so I could get back home. Great price. Adam was professional, helpful and sympathetic. He was amazing. If I lived in the Richmond area I would happily use them for all service. Very, very thankful for Whitten Brothers!!! We've had a good experience here and two great ones! Buying a car went great until it got to the warranty. The finance guy/salesman was super pushy and arrogant about the extended warranty. I'd mark the company down because of him but it wouldn't do justice to our salesman or the service department. The great experiences have come from the service department. We bought a car and two months later noticed an issue. They took care of it. (Had something similar a few years ago at Haley who didn't take care of things that were found early than this issue was found! If your comparing between Haley and Whitten, go Whitten!)) Other experience was the service department was then going to bat for us with warranty folks. Thanks, Whitten.
