This year, the Jeep Compass Latitude trim level features a standard heated steering wheel, heated seats, and a remote start to make your commute more comfortable. The 2025 Jeep Compass will also feature a new limited-edition exterior color, Joose, later this year.
The Jeep Compass engine is a 2-liter turbo four-cylinder that generates a best-in-class 200 horsepower and best-in-class 221 lb-ft of torque in the compact SUV category. This engine delivers an EPA-estimated 24 mpg/city and 32 mpg/highway.
This Jeep SUV provides the same level of traction as other Jeeps with two four-wheel drive (4WD) systems. The Jeep Compass has a standard Jeep Active Drive 4×4 System, and there’s also the available Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 System with a class-leading 20:1 crawl ratio. With either 4×4 system, you can confidently drive on and off the road, through the snow, and during inclement weather.
The Jeep Compass Trailhawk trim features the Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System, which allows you to choose between five different road conditions to provide the correct amount of traction: auto, snow, sand, mud, and rock. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk is designed for off-road adventures and has earned the Trail-Rated badge. It can ford water up to 19 inches, a 1-inch factory lift, and skid plates. It also has a 30-degree approach angle, 24-degree breakover angle, and a 34-degree departure angle.

The 2025 Jeep Compass interior has room for up to five people on cloth, premium cloth, leatherette, or premium leather-trimmed seats. The driver and front passenger enjoy 41.8 inches of front legroom and 39.2 inches of front headroom. In the second row there’s 38.3 inches of legroom and 38.5 inches of headroom.
There’s plenty of room for cargo as well with 27.2 cubic feet behind the second row and a maximum of 59.8 cubic feet. You can easily fit work bags, backpacks, school equipment, luggage, and whatever else you need to bring along for the ride.
The two lower trims of this crossover SUV feature an 8.4-inch touchscreen while the two higher trims increase the size to 10.1 inches. All trim levels of this compact SUV have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and the Uconnect® 5 infotainment system. This connects you to your apps, entertainment, and more. Six speakers are standard on all trims, and the three higher trims offer the available Alpine® Premium Audio System with nine speakers, a 506-watt amplifier, and an 8-inch subwoofer.
If you enjoy more sunlight or moonlight on your drive, the three higher trims offer a Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof to bring more of the outside in.
