- Job Requirements: Prior experience as a Finance Manager is required. Experience as a desk manager in an import store is advantageous. Strong understanding of vehicles and the used reconditioning process, with the ability to manage inventory flow and make reconditioning decisions.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Structure and desk new and used vehicle deals.
- Oversee and manage the flow of approximately 100 used vehicles per month through the reconditioning process.
- Co-manage and train the Sales Team in collaboration with the New Mazda Sales Manager.

- Conduct routine maintenance work (e.g., replacing fluids, lubricating parts) to enhance vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on proper vehicle use.
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts and address issues such as leaks.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance jobs, including cost, time, and effort.
- Maintain detailed logs of work completed and issues identified.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in good condition.
