- Job Requirements: Prior experience as a Finance Manager is required. Experience as a desk manager in an import store is advantageous. Strong understanding of vehicles and the used reconditioning process, with the ability to manage inventory flow and make reconditioning decisions.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Structure and desk new and used vehicle deals.
- Oversee and manage the flow of approximately 100 used vehicles per month through the reconditioning process.
- Co-manage and train the Sales Team in collaboration with the New Mazda Sales Manager.
